- Sellers: property address, your name, phone number, and optional email address.
- Investors: your name, phone number, email address, the areas and property types you buy in, and how you pay (for example, cash or hard money).
- Your confirmation that you agree to be contacted.
Our hosting provider may automatically keep basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information.
How we use it
- To contact you about your property or about investment opportunities, by phone, text, or email.
- To review your property and, if you choose to move forward, make an offer.
- To match investors with properties that fit what they buy.
- To run and improve our business and meet legal requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:
- Service providers that help us run the site and handle form submissions, including our form processor (Formspree) and web host (Cloudflare). They handle data on our behalf.
- Transaction partners. If you sell a property to us, we may share property details with title companies, closing agents, and prospective buyers or assignees to complete the transaction. We do not give your phone number or email to buyers for their own marketing.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights.
Calls, texts, and email
By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your property or investment opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link. To stop calls, tell us to remove you. We will honor your request promptly.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop us from contacting you, by calling us or using the contact form on our home page. We may need to verify your identity first.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
